Learn ways to incorporate art into self-care and attend an art therapy workshop.

Workshops are a great way to learn new coping and self-care skills. They also give you an opportunity to connect with other individuals who may be experiencing similar issues.

In addition to group workshops for clients, I am working to add peer consultation groups for mental health providers. If you are interested in a peer consultation group, please contact me.

Workshops are for you if:

You’re looking for a new way to practice self care. Art therapy workshops can be great places to connect with other folks who also want to use creative expression for healing. They can also be a more cost effective way to recieve occasional support.

Workshops May not be for you if:

You need more personalized support. Since these workshops are in a group format, one-on-one time with me is rare. If you’re looking for more support, consider individual sessions.

+ WHAT IF I’M TERRIBLE AT DRAWING?

That’s great! I am too. No previous art experience is necessary to benefit from art therapy. In art therapy, it’s not about artistic skill - it’s just about expression. If you can make a mark on a piece of paper with an art material, art therapy can help you reach your goals.

+ DO I HAVE TO RESERVE A SPOT?

In most cases, I have a limited number of tickets available, so it’s always a good idea to reserve a spot if you know you want to attend. This also helps me plan for the number of people who will be in the group.

+ I’M LOOKING FOR MORE PERSONALIZED SUPPORT. CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! I offer individual sessions for folks who need more support than my workshops can provide. In these sessions, we’ll meet weekly to work toward your goals using art therapy and creative expression.

+ WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PEER CONSULTATION GROUPS?

Peer consultation groups provide a confidential, dedicated space for mental health professionals to connect with one another and provide support around area of struggle or growth. These groups are not considered supervision as I am not yet qualified as a supervisor, however, will provide supportive feedback from fellow helping professionals.
